Once you receive the shipping email from Oxipay, that means your order has been pre-approved by Compurig, and that we are processing your order, it does not mean your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking email from Compurig, once your order has been shipped. Please note that depending on your residing location, and ordered product, your order may arrive faster or slower.
International models are brand new, genuine products. You may notice minor differences when compared with models purchased locally, however, all international models are supplied with an Australian compliant generic USB cable charger and are suited for use in Australia. For convenience when travelling, we will also provide an international power supply, this should only be used when travelling outside Australia.
